About Isle of Møn

Isle of Møn Spirits was founded in 2016 by Sara and Uffe Skaaning Lind. We are located in Askeby on Møn, where we have converted our old barn into a distillery. Here we hand-sort the current harvest and distill the botanical ingredients individually. In late summer, when the last extraction is finished, we taste the right composition that makes the products from Isle of Møn Spirits a unique and delightful experience - just like the beautiful nature of Møn.
